Founder Jason Habrock’s experience spans food and beverage, oilseeds processing, corn milling, wheat milling, ethanol, flavors and ingredients, pet food and treats, and other industrial operations. That background shapes how H-Rock works today: practical, direct, on site, and focused on measurable execution.
H-Rock does not begin with a generic transformation playbook. We begin with the operating condition: what is being missed, where the work is breaking down, what the data says, who owns the response, and what routines are needed to make better performance repeatable.
Technical problems matter. Process design matters. Data matters. Leadership behavior matters. H-Rock works at the point where those things meet — the daily operating system that turns priorities into action.

Jason Habrock
Jason Habrock, Founder of H-Rock Solutions, brings 25+ years of operational leadership experience in Fortune 50 manufacturing environments.
Before founding H-Rock, Jason led performance-excellence teams with direct responsibility for 150+ sites, as part of a broader global organization spanning more than 300 facilities across six continents. His prior work also included Industry 4.0 transformation, advanced manufacturing analytics, technical training, plant leadership, reliability, and large capital projects.
His prior-career results include helping lead an enterprise Performance Excellence journey that reported $500MM+ in financial impact, leading a Decatur Corn Performance Excellence program that produced $122MM+ over three years, and personally managing about $140MM of scope within a $430MM cogeneration build.
